Day 1

Welcome To Asheville!

Check into the gorgeous FOUNDRY HOTEL, built to honor the Black history of the formerly segregated space on which it stands. The heart of a thriving social scene, this was home to an abundance of gathering spots for food, entertainment, and shopping. However, in the 1980s the neighborhood went into decline remaining untouched until…now!

Set your bags down because we’re diving right into our first workshop.

Workshop 1: Let’s Get Intentional

During the first of your daily workshops, we will set intentions for our time together before exploring the motivations that underpin our desires and getting clear on our why.

Once that's finished, we'll whisk you away to your WELCOME DINNER at Benne on Eagle. You’ll be served traditional Southern dishes inspired by the legendary Black chefs who made an impact on the neighborhood and enjoy a MEET & GREET WITH THE CHEF!

From the décor to the menu and the kitchen staff, the space has been consciously curated to celebrate the history and people of this neighborhood.

Pisgah National Forest is considered to be the birthplace of modern forestry in America. The Biltmore Forest School was founded in 1896 and was the first forestry school in the country.

Day 2

Black History Educational Tour

Asheville is the fastest gentrifying city in America with an ever shrinking Black American population. What used to be a lively gathering place for Black creatives and culture connoisseurs is now succumbing to economic pressures.

We get a peek into the untold BLACK HISTORY WITH HOOD HUGGERS. DeWayne is a passionate resident of Asheville who has generational ties to the area dating back to slavery. His educational tour is intended to highlight Black empowerment and resilience during the time of segregation.

Workshop 2: Set the Stage

Today, we'll work together to build the foundation for creating the life of your dreams across all areas of focus: personal, professional, financial, etc. Be ready to dig deep and dream. We are not here to play small!

In the evening we will make it over to NOIR COLLECTIVE for our CANDLE MAKING WORKSHOP in a space dedicated to Black artists with a discussion on the symbols brought from Ghana that continue to hold importance to many African descendants.

What other RECLAIMERS are saying:

  • Cherese

"I feel supercharged! My clarity now supersedes the irrational fear that was clouding my path forward to living the life of my dreams.”

  • Roxanne

"During Reclaim: the Retreat in El Salvador I spent 6 days working towards getting myself all the way right. Releasing fear and other obstacles standing in my way, preventing me from showing up as my full self. I decided to let go of fear, in order to make room for abundance, opportunity, and fulfillment. And not even 24hrs after releasing fear, I received the most amazing message from an IG follower."

  • Lisa

“I now have more clarity on what I desire for my life. I am learning to slow down more and focus on self care. I feel like I am more patient with myself and others.”

Did you know?

Asheville was the first Bee City USA. Dedicated to making a world better for our local pollinators, Bee Cities help establish sustainable habitats for bees so they can continue to pollinate the 85% of plants that depend on them.

Day 3

The Art of Tea Making

Today is an exciting day. We will head to GREEN HEFFA FARMS. Owned and run by Farmer Cee, this boutique farm only produces medicinal plants. While normally closed to visitors, she has invited us to the farm to create our own custom tea blend in TEA TIME WITH FARMER CEE. An experience where she will explain the art of tea making, the different types of plants, and the ins and outs of preparing the perfect cup.

Farmer Cee has an incredible story of overcoming adversity to own her own farm and live a soft, green life. Learn her story over a PICNIC IN HEMP FIELDS as she spills the tea.

Workshop 3: Start Where You Are

Today's workshop will prompt you to explore what’s keeping you from the life you deserve. We examine your current habits, beliefs, and responsibilities as we answer the question:

“What needs to be strengthened or changed in order to make your vision a reality?”

Then, we continue on to Durham, North Carolina.

Did You Know?

Durham’s rich history grew with the tobacco fields and warehouses that formed the backbone of the economy beginning after the Civil War.

Day 4

Black Wall Street & Final Workshop

Durham is home to the location of BLACK WALL STREET, a thriving economic and commercial hub for the Black community during Reconstruction, where you’ll be staying right on the street at 21c Museum Hotel, a former bank vault. We'll connect with the historians of the Hayti Heritage Center for a short tour of the area and witness its evolution.

Followed up by a conversation with a local economist on reparations and how North Carolina is attempting to address the racial wealth disparities that resulted from slavery.

Final Workshop: Where Do We Go From Here?

As our time together comes to a close, we focus on what goes home with you. We started this adventure by setting our intentions, now is your opportunity to examine your path forward.
